Terms and Conditions of the 355betapp – Clear Rules So You Can Play with Confidence

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 355betapp and use any service on the platform, the user must simultaneously meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not have had an account previously closed by the 355betapp for violations of these Terms;
• Not be included on any active self-exclusion list on the platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an employee or partner of 355betapp.

Each individual may hold only one account on the 355betapp. Registering multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or device constitutes a serious violation and will result in the permanent blocking of all identified accounts and the cancellation of any bonus balances. Any real-money balance deposited and not yet used will be returned to the user in such cases.

By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting false information — especially date of birth, CPF, or contact details — will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3User Account

After registration, you are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential on the 355betapp: login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share this information with third parties.

All activity carried out through your account — bets, withdrawals, and data changes — is your responsibility, except in cases where you have notified 355betapp immediately upon identifying unauthorized access. Support is available 24 hours a day for emergency account blocking via live chat.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to submit a photo of a valid government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and a recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days). 4Deposits and Withdrawals

All funds processed on the 355betapp are expressed in Brazilian Reais (R$). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are exclusively:

• Pix – instant credit 24h, 7 days a week; withdrawal in up to 5 minutes for verified accounts;
• Boleto bancário – cleared within up to 3 business days;
• Credit or debit card – national flags accepted;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago – immediate credit;
• TED Bank Transfer – Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, but withdrawals exceeding R$ 10,000.00 per transaction may be subject to additional compliance review, with a processing time of up to 48 business hours.

The 355betapp does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any eventual bank charges are the responsibility of the user's bank or payment processor. Users' real-money balances are not used for the company's operational purposes — they are kept segregated in a dedicated account.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 355betapp periodically offers bonuses and promotions to its users. The specific conditions of each promotion — including value, timeframe, rollover, and restrictions — are detailed on each offer's page. Where a conflict arises between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail only where they are more favorable to the user.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit via Pix earns a 200% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00 in bonus credit. The rollover requirement is 10x for Sports Betting (minimum odds of 1.50 per selection) or 30x for casino games, to be completed within 30 calendar days from the bonus activation date.

• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting rollover;
• Cancelled or refunded bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Partial or full cash out reduces the amount counted toward the rollover proportionally;
• Live casino games contribute 100% toward the casino rollover;
• Slots contribute 100%; blackjack and roulette contribute 10% of the wagered amount toward the casino rollover;
• This bonus cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.

The 355betapp reserves the right to cancel bonuses, promotions, and associated winnings in cases of proven abuse, including: use of automated betting systems, result coverage (arbitrage with another account or platform), or any strategy that constitutes bad-faith exploitation of promotions.

6General Betting Rules

All bets on the 355betapp are subject to the following general rules, regardless of the sport or market selected:

• A bet is considered confirmed and final once the confirmation screen is displayed on the platform;
• Odds errors caused by a technical failure may be voided by the 355betapp before the event starts, with a full refund of the wagered amount;
• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded;
• If an event is interrupted after progressing far enough for the result to be deemed official under the sport's rules, bets whose markets have already been settled remain valid;
• In multiple bets, cancelled events are removed from the slip and winnings are calculated based on the remaining selections;
• Live bets follow the same rules, with the caveat that odds can shift significantly during the event and the 355betapp may temporarily suspend markets.

The 355betapp offers markets for Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB, UFC, Bellator, ONE Championship, PFL, and other competitions and events covered by the platform. Availability of specific markets may vary by event.

7Casino and Games

The casino games available on the 355betapp – including live blackjack, live roulette, baccarat, slots, crash games, and more – are provided by certified software providers audited by internationally recognized independent bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the provider and is available in the game information section on the platform.

Live casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. Any technical issues during a live round — such as a stream interruption — are handled according to the provider's rules: if the round cannot be completed, it is voided and the wagered amount is refunded. Bets confirmed before an interruption that still allows the outcome to be determined remain valid.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Use of third-party data for registration or identity verification;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software to automate betting;

• Match-fixing or involvement in agreements with athletes, referees, or teams;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Exploiting odds errors, system failures, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage;

The 355betapp actively monitors suspicious betting patterns using automated systems and human review. Users whose behavior is flagged as suspicious may have their bets held for analysis for up to 72 hours before payment is processed.

9Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at 355betapp at any time via live chat or email. Before closure, any open bets are kept open until their natural outcome, and the available real balance is refunded via Pix to the originating account within 5 business days.

The 355betapp may unilaterally close or suspend accounts under the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Order issued by a court or competent regulatory authority;
• Substantiated suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity;
• Account inactivity for more than 24 months with no access or transactions.

In the event of account closure due to a confirmed violation, any bonus balance and winnings obtained in breach of the rules will be forfeited. Any real-money balance deposited and unused will be returned to the user, except where a court or regulatory order states otherwise.

10Privacy & Data Protection

12Limitation of Liability

• Betting decisions made by the user based on information from sources outside the platform;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from negligence with login credentials;
• Changes to Brazilian laws or regulations affecting the platform's operation.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the 355betapp toward any individual user will exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the last 12 months, except where Brazilian law prohibits such a limitation.

13Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 355betapp may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email and a platform notification at least 15 calendar days in advance, except when legal or regulatory requirements demand immediate application.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the services of the 355betapp, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP as the competent jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.

The 355betapp encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Before pursuing legal action, users should contact support via live chat or at contato@355betapp.best to attempt a resolution. The response time for formal complaints submitted by email is up to 5 business days.
